what to expect:
Once you’ve booked your start date, you will receive a cell phone number and email to contact via text/WhatsApp/email which you can use to contact me for 21 days with any support questions that you have. You will also be sent a link to book your weekly, 30 minute check-in calls.
Within 1-2 business days of your booking, I will send you a personalized step-by-step sleep plan and sleep log
You may book 2 additional followup/troubleshooting calls up until your baby is 4 months of age
If you feel it necessary, you can also purchase additional support hours down the line.

Your 21 days of support begin with the booking.
We like to respond to messages within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
Messages are checked at various times throughout the day, which means there may be some delay in a response at some times. It's helpful to prepare a bulk of questions in advance so that they are answered when needed. Friday and Saturday hours are very limited.
Calls must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
Calls can be rescheduled/canceled up to 4 hours in advance.
